The Murray Women’s Club and Murray State Department of Music are delighted to announce the recipients of the 2024 Sophomore Music Scholarship Award. This esteemed scholarship, awarded annually, aims to recognize exceptional talent and dedication among students pursuing a music degree at Murray State University.
This year’s deserving recipients are Ethan Pennycuick, tuba, Hannah Pritchett, marimba, and Amelia Lutz, flute.
Each of these talented individuals has shown exceptional promise, dedication, and artistry in their respective musical pursuits. The Murray Women’s Club has a longstanding commitment to supporting the arts and fostering the growth of young musicians within the community.
